Costa Del Gorleston basked in sunshine as sailors arrived at the club for the final outing of the Summer series. GYGSC is a small friendly informal club with probably the best sea sailing in Norfolk. We sail on Sundays & Thursday evenings throughout the summer. A range of dinghy and cat classes are sailed including D1, Spitfire cat, Laser, Phantom, Europe, OK, Solution, RS Vareo, RS300, RS400, RS500, RS600,RS700 & RS800
GYGSC is located on the Gorleston side of the inner harbour mouth next to the Pier hotel and fronting onto the promenade. The club dinghy Park is secure as it is surrounded by a six foot high fence. A ramp located near the club runs between the promenade and the beach. This provides access to the sea which allows launching in all tides and most weather situations.
